Order Confirmation & Deposit Payment
Once the solution and quotation are approved, the order is officially confirmed.
• A deposit is required to confirm the order and arrange production accordingly.
• Production planning begins after deposit confirmation.
Design Development & Sample Approval
1. Our design team develops or refines the product based on the confirmed plan.
Includes:
• Design optimization.
• Size, shape, and detail confirmation.
• Surface effects (3D, foil, glitter, matte, glossy, etc.).
2. Samples are produced for confirmation:
• Sample lead time: 5-7 days.
• Adjustments supported based on feedback.
Mass Production
After sample approval, mass production is arranged in our own factory.
• Standardized production workflow.
• In-process quality control.
• Batch consistency management.
Quality Inspection
Finished products undergo inspection before shipment.
• Appearance and performance checks
• Quantity and packaging verification
• Third-party inspection supported upon request
Only qualified products proceed to shipment.
Final Payment & Shipment
After production and inspection are completed, the balance payment is settled.
Upon final payment:
• Products are packed according to confirmed requirements.
